Thanks for coming to my site. If you clicked the "About" link, I guess you're wondering who I am or why I created A Closer Look Editing.

My name is Tamara Blain. I've been an avid reader since grade two, when I first read the Little House series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I was hooked. Since then, I've read extensively in most genres.

I've completed developmental editing, copy editing, and proofreading courses. I love the written word--fiction in particular--and enjoy helping authors with the nitty-gritty details of grammar and punctuation so they can focus on what's important--their story.
